• I represent my qualifications truthfully by informing clients of my limitations both professional and legally.
• I educate clients about contraindications.
• I maintain the confidentiality of clients.
• I respect client’s boundaries.
• I maintain and improve professional knowledge.
• I conduct business and professional activities honestly.
• I respect client’s right to refuse any particular type of treatment.
• I provide adequate draping for client comfort and adherence with State laws.
• I maintain the right to refuse to treat any client or part of the body.
• I follow all policies, procedures, guidelines, codes, and regulations that pertain to my profession.
• I uphold the integrity of my profession, refuse incentives intended to persuade me from that integrity.
• I in no way tolerate any kind of sexual advance, be it verbal or physical and refrain from any sexual conduct  whatsoever with clients.

• I acknowledge the limitations of my skills and scope of practice and refer clients, when necessary,

to other health professionals to provide the most appropriate care.
• I maintain a safe, clean, comfortable and professional work environment.
• I provide clarity of fees and cancellation policy.
